Register your pet

Register your pet before we open

We open soon. Send your pet's details now and their record will be ready before the door opens, so the first visit can be about your pet rather than paperwork.

Opening soon

Register your pet now

Send us your details and we will set up your pet's record before we open. Registering is not an appointment. We will be in touch to arrange anything that needs one.

We will add online booking to this page as soon as it is switched on in our practice system. Until then, this form comes straight to us.

Your details

Tell us about your pet

The fewer boxes the better. Your name, a way to reach you, and who we will be looking after.

  • Takes a minute
  • No appointment is made
  • We will come back to you

You can also send us an email with all the details and we will register your pet.

Register your pet

We will use this to set up your pet's record before we open.

A telephone number or an email address, whichever suits you.

We use your details to answer you and to look after your pet. Nothing else. See the privacy policy at the foot of the page.

What registering does

What happens when you send this

  • We set up a record

Your details and your pet's go onto our system before we open, so the first visit is not spent filling in forms.

  • It is a request, not a booking

Nothing is scheduled by sending this. We will contact you to arrange anything that needs an appointment.

  • Urgent problems go by telephone

If something is wrong now, ring 0118 321 0506 rather than filling this in.

  • Online booking follows

When online booking is switched on in our practice system, the button on this page becomes a live booking link.

What to have to hand

  • Your pet's name, and what kind of pet they are
  • Roughly how old they are, if you know
  • Who has been looking after them until now
  • Anything you already know about their health

We only ask for what we need to look after your pet.

If it is urgent, please telephone rather than book online

An urgent or same-day problem needs a person, not a form. Ring 0118 321 0506 and we will tell you what to do.

That is true whether you have registered with us or not.

Questions

The things people ask us

Opening

When do you open?

Soon. The exact date goes here as soon as it is fixed.

Where are you?

City Limits, Unit 5 Danehill, Lower Earley, Earley, Reading RG6 4UP.

What are your opening hours?

They are being settled, and they will be published here as soon as they are. Telephone 0118 321 0506 and ask in the meantime.

Registering

Can I register before you open?

Yes, and it helps us. Send your details on this page and your pet's record will be ready before we open.

Is registering the same as booking an appointment?

No. Registering puts your pet on our list. We will contact you to arrange anything that needs an appointment.

Can I book online?

Not yet. Online booking is part of our practice system, and we will add it to this page when it is switched on.

Your pet

Which pets do you see?

Small companion animals: dogs, cats and rabbits from the day we open. The rest of the list is being settled before we open, so telephone and ask about yours.

What if my pet needs to stay in?

We have the space and the nursing to keep patients in with us, rather than sending them somewhere else.

Are you independent?

Yes. We are an independent vet clinic in Lower Earley: no group, no shareholders and no financial targets.

If it is urgent

Something is wrong with my pet right now. What do I do?

Telephone 0118 321 0506. Please do not wait for a reply to a form.

What about when you are closed?

Telephone us first. Our out-of-hours arrangements are being finalised before we open, and the provider's name, address, telephone number and the hours they cover will be published on the contact page in full.

If your question is not here, telephone 0118 321 0506 and ask.

Would you rather just talk to somebody?

We would rather answer a question now than have you wait for an email.
